do u love eating prawns?
maybe you would want to try to prepare this simple and fuss free home-baked garlic prawns!

1) you would need to prepare prawns.

2) preferably this size (if not the fillings will drop out)?

3) slit the prawns open (erm, i dont know whats that part of the prawn called but its where people usually slit the prawns open).
for the base: depending on your preferences, you can choose to either spread butter, margarine or planta.
garlic: depending on your preferences, like whether you like it in chunky bits or if you dont, you can choose to grind it (so that it would not be so spicy when you bite onto it when eating).
spread on the base that you chose, then sprinkle on the garlic bits.
wrap the prawns in aluminium foil like a present (because once baked, the butter will melt and the sauce will flow out of the prawns ).
4) pop the aluminium foiled-prawns into the oven for a full 10 minutes.

its done (we never wrap it up so the juices all wasted, it will be ideal to dip the prawns onto the buttery sauce before devouring it)!

5) enjoy your fresh-juicy-tender-sweet prawns! (perfect with a cup of florida orange juice - personal preference la :p)
p/s: photos taken with my mum's hp camera. super clear isnt it? those who are interested, the model is samsung G800.

i did something stupid today. i went to buy some chap-pa-lang stuffs after sch and i was holding on to my purse and hp (i didnt bring my bag with me). soon i was making my rounds buying stuffs that i need and went to my car after that. to my horror, i found out that my hp was nowhere in sight! somemore i had already driven my car out of my lot preparing to make my way home. so i parked back and after making sure the hp was indeed not with me, i frantically traced my steps backwards and think where is the first shop i went to. alas! i had actually placed my hp at the cashier while taking out cash for payment. then i left without taking it! so i ran back to the shop - er, run 3 steps walk 2 steps la i was wearing skirt what. then i went in and asked auntie if she had seen my hp at the counter. she said no - my heart sank. then i looked around the shop, really not in sight. then i was thinking if someone took it while they were making payment. then i was contemplating borrowing phone from the auntie to call my number (i never did).
then once i reached home, i called back, nobody answered the phone. of cause la, who so stupid answer the phone after stealing it? so i called singtel and reported a loss. haiz, i guess i will be hp-less for the time being. so friends, if you need to call me, call my house ok?
anybody got a phone to spare?

HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY!!!
lol. heehee. ya so the story is not true. not 100% true at least. it was true up to the part i said i wanted to borrow the phone from the auntie. then continuing the story, i think the auntie was scared that i would make a police report or something then she went on to a story on how people also left things in her shop and how she will keep for them and she repeated the same things many many times. i wanted to hurry up and go and look for it elsewhere and i politely thanked her and wanted to hurriedly rush out liao but she didnt want to stop talking so i cannot just leave like that. that would be rude, aint it? but thanks to the auntie who kept talking to me, i suddenly remembered that after i had finished making payment, i grabbed my phone and slip it into the plastic bag of stuffs.
super =.=' can?
after i walked out of the shop, i dont know whether to laugh or hit myself.
lesson learnt - always slip your belongings into your pockets or something. dont leave it lying around. you never know when you might just forget to take it with you when you leave (and give yourself such a scare of the century - so many contact details inside). oh ya and back up your contact numbers!
no pockets? hmm... you can try squeezing it into your socks or kiap-ing it under your armpits!
muahahaha!
